Roof Leak Repairs in Adelaide's Southern Suburbs
A roof leak rarely fixes itself. Water that gets past tiles, sheeting or flashing can soak insulation, stain ceilings, rot timber and lead to mould long before it drips into a room.
We trace the leak back to its real source — which is often not directly above the stain — and repair it properly so it stays fixed. Emergency leak repairs are available when water is coming in.
Signs you may have a roof leak
- Brown or yellow water stains on ceilings or cornices
- Damp, musty smells or mould in ceiling corners
- Bubbling or peeling paint near the ceiling line
- Drips or wet patches during heavy rain
- Cracked, slipped or broken tiles, or rusted roof sheets
- Lifted or cracked flashing around chimneys, skylights and walls
What's involved
- Inspect the roof and ceiling space to locate where water is getting in.
- Explain what we found, with photos, and recommend the right repair.
- Carry out the repair — replacing or re-bedding tiles, sealing or replacing flashing, fixing sheeting or clearing blocked valleys and gutters.
- Check the repair and clean up before we leave.

Roof Leak Repairs FAQ
Can a leak be coming from somewhere other than above the stain?
Yes. Water often travels along rafters, sarking or ceiling joists before it shows up, so the stain can be a metre or more from the actual entry point. That is why we inspect the roof and ceiling space rather than just patching the obvious spot.
Do you do emergency leak repairs?
Yes, emergency leak repairs are available. Call 0422 475 019 and we will work with you to stop water getting in and then complete a lasting repair.
Can blocked gutters cause a roof leak?
Yes. Overflowing gutters and blocked valleys can push water back under tiles or sheeting and into the eaves or ceiling. We check gutters and valleys as part of every leak investigation.
